The location was magnificent - ease of access to a shopping mall. On top of that, bars and restaurants were walk from the property. Overall it was neat on the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed the queen suite which was brand-new. The staff was excellent, amicable, provided a comfortable atmosphere. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Bang Tao Temple.

The location in a really quiet area was good and handy and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. We ate at a great restaurant with very friendly staff and the hotel staff. The food was cheap with a great selection of alternatives.

The employees were excellent and attentive and kept it all fairly clean.

The location was handy and magnificent, to malls! And it was also very close to the beach, restaurants, family mart and laundry shop, laundry shop and many restaurants and thai massage studios.

We loved the comfy bed, spotless rooms, and the attentive staff. The infinity pool on the rooftop was simply amazing. We enjoyed exploring the area on bicycles and the convenient beach shuttle.

Felt so well taken care of, absolutely nothing to complain about!

Thanks to the very very helpful staff everything was modern. The room was modern and fully-equipped, included with the balcony, much things and good ac. The service was helpful and the pool was nice.

The location was magnificent, next to Sun Spa. It took us 5 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were outstanding.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been impressed with the level of luxury and comfort it offers. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities such as an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in rooms, allowing us to easily stay connected during our stay. The staff are helpful and attentive, ensuring that our needs are met. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

It is worth mentioning that this venue is located between two beaches, Surin and Bangtao. While Surin beach is smaller and lacks infrastructure, Bangtao beach offers more options for entertainment, such as cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. The hotel offered great value for money, especially at £23 per night for a spacious one-bedroom apartment. The pool was a lovely addition, perfect for a dip after a day at the nearby beach. The hotel was conveniently located, with local restaurants and the beach just a short walk away.

The food and drinks at the bar were quite expensive, which put a dent in our budget. the room cleanliness could have been improved, as there were some issues with hair and sand in the halls and room.

Modern and gorgeous hotel, spent our time lovely. One of the advantages - gorgeous rooms; they included shower facilities and a hair dryer. Marvellous central location just off the shops & cafes, the night life and Bang Tao and Surin beaches. In The Blue Lagoon you could have Thai meals. The rooftop restaurant and main bar where also available.
